In the not so distant past,there used to be family dinner time.Around 8pm all family members used to assemble around the dinner table,with a special seat reserved for the head of the family.During this time,views and news of the day were exchange and the channels of communication was open.
With the advent of television,family dinner time is slowly fading away.Each member,plate in hand goes to his or her room and watches television.Communication within the family is slowly getting eroded.
Quality time with family is important in this fast paced life.It is the antidote to stress.
