 i have always beeen surrounded with people that have been rushing with the life flow.....going against the flow and i just followed!! The world seems to say to be successful we need money riches and then i was blessed with a few life changes that forced me to see life as not a rush to aquire money and superficial material requirments.I now live a life of simple pleasures and appreciate life riches that money cant buy.

its marvelous isn't it, the west spends a life time acquiring the trappings of wealth only to be trapped in this rush. The trick is as you say keep life simple, very simple.
I find pleasure in the most basic of things when I slow down
