The net result of this benefits the health and welfare of the nation and local and global environments
International Downshifting week runs the last week in April. It has been designed to inspire us all no matter what our social situation or which context ie individual, family, company, school, to find a better quality life. Tracey highlights ways we can live simpler, happier lives and be kinder to the environment at the same time.
In between enjoying life and her family and organising downshifting week events, Tracey has written articles on downshifting for numerous magazines and papers including: Sustained Magazine, New Consumer, Free Range, Venue Magazine and Inspiring Life Magazine. She has also found exposure for her cause in radio and television.
